You would be providing support via phone, chat and email to the users of one of the most popular world video streaming platforms.

Your profile:
● Fluency in Russian or French (advanced level, ideally native) + fluent English
● EU/UK passport only, unfortunately we can not hire non-EU citizens.
● Customer service/ technical support experience (by phone/email/chat) obligatory

 

Salary and benefits:
annual salary gross 14000€ – 16100€ (discussed at the interview)
+ Language plus 1320€ (is paid anyway, doesn’t depends on targets)
+ Yearly Bonus (depends on targets)

Sales manager with German, Spanish or Portuguese, relocation to Cyprus

  • fluent Spanish or Portugués or German
  • fluent English is obligatory
  • solid experience in sales is obligatory
  • knowledge of financial trading platforms (such as FX) is a plus
  • ready to relocate to Cyprus
  • under 30 y.o. (the age can be discussed if you have relevant experience)
  • There are two positions: Retention manager (working with existing clients) and Conversion manager (working with leads)

 

Main Activities & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone (in German, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Maximize sales activity
  • Retain existing clients OR work with leads to attract new clients
  • Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
  • Maintain and update our CRM
  • Work with clients to engage in FX opportunities
  • Follow up on any client matters

 

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English plus any of these languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese both verbal and written
  • Experience in sales is a must (for candidates with German sales experience is not obligatory)
  • Knowledge of Forex trading will be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communications skills

 

What we offer:

  • Location: in Cyprus (blue warm sea, diving, ancient culture and ruins, cheeses and sun)
  • Covered monthly accommodation up to 600€ or shared house provided for 3-4 people. Electricity, cleaning, water is covered.
  • The gross salary per month is around 1.200 – 1.800€, depends on experience (taxes to be deducted up to 12%)
  • Bonuses: to be discussed at the interview, can reach from 1k€ till 4k€ per month depending on completing sales targets.

Multi-language customer service/technical helpdesk advisors in Athens, Greece.

Languages: Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese,  Norwegian, Polish, Slovakian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.

Visa support: 
= working visa provided for German, Hebrew, Japanese and Nordics non-EU speakers;
= for other languages only EU citizens are accepted (or those who already have relevant job permit in Greece)

The offer:
= customer service/ technical support job in a multilingual call-center in Athens, Greece.
= You will be working for your language line (responding to phone calls, chats, emails).
= There are both “support only” and sales offers.

Requirements: 
= fluent/native any language from the list above
= upper intermediate English (for training and communication within the company)
= good communication skills, technical support background is a plus but not obligatory

Conditions:
= paid relocation (flight and 2 weeks of accommodation + support in finding a flat and full administrative support)
= contract long term (8-12 months with further prolongation)
= possibilities of professional development and career growth
= 3-4 weeks paid training provided, in Athens (first 4 days are not paid)
= working schedule: 40h/ week in rotating shifts, some projects require night shift also (extra paid)

The salary:
= for all languages except indicated below: 14630€ gross/year = 1045 gross per month in 14 payments (12 months x 1045 + 2 extra payments full salaries) + up to 100-250 e/month performance bonus (depending on the project) + additional extra for working on weekends or extra hours.
= for Dutch speakers: 15400€ gross/year = 1100 gross per month in 14 payments + performance bonus depending on the project.
= for German speakers: 15400 – 16800€ gross/year = 1100/1200 gross per month in 14 payments + performance bonus + extra language bonuses up to 200-300€/month, depending on the project.
= for Hebrew speakers:  16800€ gross/year = 1200 gross per month in 14 payments + performance bonus + extra language bonuses up to 200-400€/month, depending on the project.
= for Nordics speakers:  18200€ gross/year = 1300 gross per month in 14 payments + performance bonus + extra language bonuses up to 200-400€/month, depending on the project.
= taxes to be deducted: 23-24%
