The offer:
= Customer service job in a multilingual call-center in Istanbul, Turkey
= You will be working for Portuguese language line (responding to phone calls, chats, emails).
= You will be providing assistance and advice on the purchased products

= fluent/native Portuguese (only Portugal accent)
= upper intermediate English (for training and communication within the company)
= passionate about technology and the internet

= paid relocation (2 weeks of accommodation paid + support in finding a flat and full administrative support + flight refund after 9 months)
= visa full support
= Dynamic business casual environment with colleagues of all ages gathered in a highly-motivated team
= Training: over 10 working days from Monday to Friday. The training start at 09 am until 6 pm and has a duration of 8 hours per day.
= working schedule: 40h/ week in rotating shifts
= permanent contract

The salary: 700€ net/month + 10% bonus + additional extra for working on weekends (75% of salary) or extra hours + meal and transport allowance
